Ceviche of fish

Ceviche, one of the flagship dishes of our country, considered by many the representative of our gastronomy, is a dish that is prepared with fish, lemon, onion, lettuce, garlic, salt and pepper;  It is accompanied with garnishes of sweet potato, corn, yucca and canchita.



 

Mixed Ceviche

This ceviche should be tasted by everyone who likes ceviche since with the great variety of products that our sea offers you can taste not only fish and shellfish separately, but as the name says, it is ready what it is.  a combination of seafood and fish.



Black Shell Ceviche

It is a very popular Ceviche, due to its particular appearance and its flavor, it is popular in the coastal area of ​​our country and I can say if I tried it and the truth if I liked it a lot is prepared with black shells, lemon, onion,  chili, salt, pepper and you can add the aforementioned garnishes.





My Eating Habits

Hi, I'm Junior and I'm from Peru, in the morning I usually have coffee with bread or I eat scrambled eggs with a cup of chapo.

For lunch, I usually eat arroz con pollo or lomo saltado, we eat ceviche on special occasions.

For dinner I used to eat the rest of lunch or bread with coffee or in the case of a Juane with a cup of chapo, sometimes also a grilled chicken.  And for dessert the odd mango, orange or a chocolate bar.
